The rooms with a great decor.

fairly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was incredible to outlet mall. the breakfasts at the front desk. the staff were all accommodating, and the room was exceptional with lovely views. amicable and courteous staff as one would expect.

Very sparse room with amenities. No luggage stands, had to place luggage on the floor. Has the makings of luxury hotel, but falls short. I thought it would be much more for the money.

The stay at the Royale Palms was fantastic. It was our wedding anniversary and we loved it there. The rooms were very clean and decorated very nicely. It was also very convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

The room looked exactly like the pictures from the net. The room was spectacular! The view was amazing! This may have been the best time I've ever had at the beach, and it was all because of the hotel. Thank you Booked.net and thank you Hilton Royal Palms.

During our three-night stay, we loved how close we were to beautiful Chapin Pond, perfect for a relaxing walk with the kids, and we also enjoyed the nearby Coastal Grill for some delicious meals after a day of exploring the area.

The two-bedroom oceanfront view condo was spacious and super clean. We had an amazing balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. The heated pools and beach access were awesome. Staff was super friendly. A perfect spot to chill with kids.

I loved the spaciousness of the condo and the fine ocean views from the balcony. The beautiful oceanfront location made it easy for me to access the beach and the nearby dining options without much hassle.

"Ocean view" was more like partial ocean view Indoor pool that is listed with property info is actually at a different property, although they have a free shuttle to take you there Cleaners did not supply us with toilet paper at all, also room was not very clean (greasy fingerprints on walls, carpets were sticky). This hotel had very poor level of housekeeping. Wifi was terrible, it went on and off and only 3 devices can be connected for the $9.95/day fee. Our dishwasher made beeping sounds all night long on the last night. We could have called maintenance but we had to wake up early so chose not to wait for them to arrive. Restaurant on site was overpriced and very slow. The food they serve is not very good.
